Joseph is an experienced business litigation partner, with particular expertise in the fields of real estate, insurance, and entertainment law. He has represented clients in all phases of litigation and arbitration, from providing advice and consultation prior to the initiation of actions through and beyond trial. Joseph’s skill and knowledge allow him to perceive issues and advise clients so as to maximize potential opportunities and minimize potential risks and liabilities.

Joseph grew up in Connecticut, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts before moving to California and earning his Juris Doctor degree from the UCLA School of Law in Los Angeles.
