Lara M. Kruska

Lara M. Kruska is a litigation partner at Sinclair Braun. She has successfully represented clients in a variety of subject matters in pre-litigation, civil litigation, and complex litigation, including cases arising out of title insurance defense, personal injury, negligence, strict liability, tortious conduct, and contractor liability.

Prior to joining Sinclair Braun, Lara was a partner at Selman Breitman LLP and she defended claims involving transportation network companies, contractors, manufacturers, distributors, premises, and suppliers of construction materials, equipment, and component parts.

Lara’s considerable experience enables her to interpret the specific legal issues in cases and to implement strategic approaches to leverage early dismissals and aid in favorable settlements of claims. For her successes, Lara was recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” from 2015 to 2020, Up-and-Coming 50: Women Southern California Rising Stars from 2016 to 2020, Up-and-Coming 100: Southern California Rising Stars from 2016 to 2020, and Southern California Super Lawyer in 2022.

Lara was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. When not helping clients with their legal needs, she spends her time swimming, reading, and traveling the world with her family.
