Nick Pelletier

Nick Pelletier is a business litigator. He has over a decade of experience representing companies and individuals in arbitration, litigation, and appellate proceedings. His practice focuses on business, real estate, and title insurance disputes. Nick is licensed to practice before all state courts in California and the Central District of California, the California Central District Bankruptcy Court, and the Northern District of California federal courts.

Nick earned his Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, NY and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College in Norton, MA, and has studied at the Université Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, France.

In his free time, Nick volunteers with the LGBTQ Center of Long Beach, helping transgender individuals navigate the name and gender marker change procedure and giving lectures on the topic. He is also an avid photographer, artist, and outdoor enthusiast.
